Returns

Please note that all collars and clothing items from Posh Pup are made to order, and all orders are considered final. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements provided at the time of ordering. If you need to return an item, we have specific requirements under which returns may be accepted.

Refunds

If you meet our return requirements, once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges of any kind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

We may ask for photos of the damaged or defective item to help us better understand the issue.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds may take several business days to process and appear on your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

I Did Not Receive My Order

If your item is not delivered within 30 business days - we will first contact our shipping provider to confirm it has not been delivered. If your item was not delivered due to a problem with the mailing service, we can issue a full refund. However, if your item is not delivered due to a recipient error (i.e. not paying customs fee, not taking delivery etc.), we will only issue a refund for the items which are returned to in the same condition as when they were sent (No shipping costs are refunded in this situation).
